When will speakers be announced?

How can I become a speaker or panelist?

We are no longer accepting speaker or panelist submissions for WeddingWire World 2016. Thank you for your interest. We hope to see you in February!

What is Thursday’s Workshop Day?

Thursday’s workshop sessions will provide additional opportunities for more focused content in an interactive setting after the main sessions conclude on Wednesday evening. These workshops, panels, and category-specific conversations will give attendees the chance to dive deeper into a specific area of interest at no additional charge.


What is included with my registration?

Join your fellow Wedding Professionals for three days of education, fun, and networking! Each registrant will receive a welcome bag at check-in, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and access to all presentation slides after the conference. A full outline of what is included in each ticket type can be found in the ticket section.

What is the difference between the Standard and VIP tickets?

In addition to the standard ticket benefits, the VIP ticket includes priority seating opportunities, priority check-in, a VIP reception, a VIP breakfast on Tuesday, reserved appointments with your account rep, and video recordings of the featured presentations after the event. You can see the options fully outlined in the ticket section.

Who can purchase VIP tickets?

Any wedding Pros who would like to enjoy the added benefits of a VIP ticket experience are invited and encouaged to buy this pass. In addition to event benefits like priority seating, you will also have enhanced VIP networking events with the group. Pros from all categories, experience levels, and locations are welcome!

I would like to meet with my account representative to ask questions about my WeddingWire account. Is this possible?

Our Customer Success Team will be on-site for one-on-one consultations and trainings throughout the conference. You will get the opportunity to stop by the CSM room to meet with a representative and learn more about how to take advantage of your WeddingWire account. If you register for the VIP Ticket, you will be able to schedule your appointment time and with a specific representative, pending availability.

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

Sales after September 15, 2015, are final and nonrefundable. If you would like to send someone in your place, we are able to transfer your ticket to another person. Please email events@weddingwire.com with your information and the information of the person who will be attending in your place.

Travel & Hotel Accommodations

Is there a room block at the Gaylord with a special event rate?

Yes, there is! You can book a room in the WeddingWire World room block at the special rate by either calling the Gaylord at (301) 965-4000, or by booking a room online.

Are there additional hotels in the area at which I can stay?

There are additional hotels in National Harbor; however, the only reserved room block is at the Gaylord National Harbor.


Will breakfast, lunch, or dinner be included?

Lunch will be included on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast and dinner are not included in the Standard Pass. Breakfast on Tuesday is provided with the VIP Pass.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Weather Policy

What is the weather policy for this event?

We will be monitoring the weather closely as we approach the event. Should the event be re-scheduled due to extreme weather conditions, your ticket will be transferred to the new date.

If I am unable to travel due to inclement weather, will my ticket be refunded?

Refunds will not available due to inclement weather. Should the event be re-scheduled due to extreme weather conditions, your ticket will be transferred to the new date.
